What it does
The burner is where the fire actually lives. Everything else in a LA\VIK is built to hold it, shield it and show it off.
A burner has to cool completely before it can be refilled. With a second one you swap it in and the evening carries on.
Ceramic wool matrix
Soaks up the bioethanol and binds around 70 % of it, so there is no open pool of fuel that can spill or flare.
Honeycomb steel mesh
Sits above the wool as the flame barrier. It shapes the flame, holds it steady and stops it jumping.
Sealed cup
Meters the fuel and lets you refill without spilling once the burner has cooled.

How to use it
- 1Only fill the burner when it is cool and the flame is fully out.
- 2Pour to the fill line and wipe any drops from the stone before lighting.
- 3Use liquid bioethanol only. Never gel, spirit or any other fuel.
- 4Empty any unused fuel after the evening.

Which burner fits my fireplace?
LA\VIK is the 38 cm size, LA\VIK Studio the 28 cm one. The burners are not interchangeable, so choose the size of your fireplace.
